Nonograms

Initial, probably buggy, load of a literate python program.

row_count() and all_rle() function almost identically. Both work by making space for the first clue and then recursively calling themselves with the remaining clues and space. Oddly enough, all_rle() ran half as fast when the explicit string additions were replaced with string.join().
